With a background as a seasoned leader in business development and sales of over 20 years, managing high-performing global teams, Kinetra brings extensive expertise in negotiation, communication, and client satisfaction to all facets of business. Her vast knowledge empowers her to expertly navigate real estate transactions, ensuring her clients receive optimal outcomes.

In addition to her roles in real estate, Kinetra is the visionary Founder and CEO of The Momtivity Lounge, LLC, reflecting her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to empowering mothers.  She also serves as the VP for Washington Design and Construction which is her family owned company. She is the proud wife to her soul mate and mom to two amazing kids.

Kinetra's educational journey includes earning a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing from Southern Arkansas University. Her graduate coursework in organizational leadership was completed at the University of Phoenix, showcasing her commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

Beyond her career pursuits, Kinetra is a member of various associations which makes her even more relatable. Her involvement extends to esteemed organizations such as the Central Arkansas Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Greater Little Rock Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, and the Arkansas Podcast Collaborative, where she serves as a board member. Additionally, she is an active and valued member of her local church, Fellowship Bible Church West.
